Cleric moves the passenger transport application light years ahead of competition.

Cleric Computer Services Ltd, the leading supplier of specialist transport software in the UK today announced the release of its next generation APTS passenger transport application. The company, which has over 30 years’ experience in the UK specialist transport market will begin rolling out the new platform in the new year.

The new platform will be made available to all existing customers over the next few months and has been developed to utilise existing infrastructure and to minimise the impact on operations during its roll-out significantly de-risking migration to it.

Using the latest in web based technologies Cleric’s next generation platform gives users the ability to access APTS functionality via any device using HTML5 enabled web-browsers such as IE/Edge, Chrome, Safari, Opera & Firefox.

Registration of journey requests with full costing and quotation module to ensure the most cost effective resource/sub-contractor is utilised.

Assessment of Patient/Passenger eligibility with functionality to prepopulate booking information based assessment answers.

Full planning & day control functionality using an intuitive user interface.

Fully automated planning and live day allocation (auto despatch).

Vehicle tracking/mapping with playback facility.

Mobile data application.

Full Reporting suite including Standard reports, Report listings (RLG), geographical analysis and management dashboards for quality performance.

Invoicing (inward & outward).

Patient/Passenger Zone. (Allows patients/passengers to manage their own transport, track vehicles to view estimated pickup times, view drivers/vehicles, book ready and complete satisfaction surveys).

Managed online area for external users (Hospitals departments, hospital porters, social workers) proving access to journey information, bookings & reporting.

Porter area to allow porters to meet patients/passengers on arrival at the correct drop-off area with suitable equipment and capture handover times between both crew and departments.

Staff and volunteer availability entry with electronic claims facility.

Registration of non-passenger related transport (logistics) with functionality to scan, track and trace consignment items.
