Cleric was delighted to join South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) at the HSJ Digital Awards this past month, celebrating some of the most innovative digital projects transforming healthcare across the UK.
The HSJ Digital Awards recognise organisations and teams that are using technology to improve patient care, enhance operational efficiency, and support better outcomes across health and care services. The event brought together digital leaders, clinicians, and technology partners from across the UK to showcase the remarkable progress being made through innovation.
SECAmb was shortlisted in the Improving Urgent and Emergency Care through Digital category for its “Keeping Patients Safe in the Waiting List” initiative. The project focuses on improving the safety and oversight of patients awaiting care by using digital technology to enhance visibility and support clinical decision-making.
We were also pleased to see another Cleric customer, London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, receive Highly Commended recognition in the same category for its “My Clinical Feedback – Improving Urgent and Emergency Care through Digital” solution. The project showcases how meaningful clinical feedback can be delivered more effectively through digital tools, helping to support continuous improvement across ambulance services.
The evening was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the dedication and innovation of NHS organisations working to improve patient outcomes through technology. Seeing both SECAmb and London Ambulance Service recognised among such strong competition reflects the significant impact digital transformation is having across urgent and emergency care.
It was a privilege for Cleric to attend alongside the SECAmb team and celebrate the recognition of this important work. Congratulations to all the finalists, highly commended teams, and winners. Cleric is proud to support organisations that are driving positive change through digital innovation, and we look forward to continuing our work with NHS partners across the UK.
