  • Understanding of the unique workflows, challenges and best practices in patient transport service.
  • Strong product knowledge, in depth understanding of the Cleric APTS -patient transport system.
  • Confident communicator, who can build trusting relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with the development teams.
  • Keen innovator and problem solver, simplifying complex challenges and adapting quickly to situations.
  • Goal Orientated, focused on delivering in a fast paced and evolving environment.
