Cleric are pleased to announce the launch of a trio of patient facing apps, the first in their newly developed PTS App Suite.
The apps cover different areas of the passenger experience and are designed to improve the overall passenger interaction whilst helping the transport provider improve efficiency.
The apps are :
PTS App Suite – Self Book The PTS Self Book application provides passenger access to create a transport request. The application includes:
View existing transport requests
Create new transport requests
PTS App Suite – My Vehicle The PTS My Vehicle application provides passenger access to review details about their transport for today and future bookings. The application includes:
View existing transport requests
View vehicle details with estimated times for Pickup / Drop off
Track the vehicle
View details of my driver
View direct chat with control staff if they have any queries.
PTS App Suite – Book Ready The PTS Book ready application provides passenger access to book themselves ready for their return transport. The application includes direct chat with control staff if they have any queries. To access the application the user must be registered with the service provider and can do this via the PTS Online Passenger zone self-register process.
